Data controller
The controller of your personal data is B/K, Boštjan Kamnik s.p., Slovenia, registration number 7550553000. All company details are on the Legal information page.
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you give us yourself: your name, e-mail address, company name and the content of your message. To measure how the website is used, we use analytics (PostHog), which collects anonymised data about visits.
Why we process it
We use your contact details only to answer your enquiry and for any work together that follows. We use analytics to improve the content and the working of the website. We do not sell data to third parties.
Business review
If you ask for a business review, we collect your name, e-mail address, company name, industry and your answers to a short questionnaire about how enquiries reach you and who handles them. We use this data only to prepare the review and to answer your enquiry. As with the guide below, we report a “Lead” event to Meta. Processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Guide (PDF)
A guide is available at /vodnik, and a handbook for new companies at /zagon (both in Slovenian). The form collects your e-mail address and company name; on both pages we also collect your name, industry and phone number. The phone number is required on /zagon and optional on /vodnik. We use this data to send you the guide and to record the contact in our CRM. Processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time: replying to any of our messages is enough. As with the business review, we report a “Lead” event to Meta here too.
Processors and transfers to third countries
We use Twenty (CRM) to manage contacts, Resend to send e-mail, and PostHog (servers in the EU) for analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API. With the latter, we send the details of a submitted form (hashed e-mail address, IP address, browser information and the ad identifier) directly from our server. In both cases the data is transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and to the USA. The transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Retention and your rights
We keep data for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise your rights, write to us at work@bostjankamnik.com.
Cookies
For analytics we use a minimal number of cookies or local storage. Call booking runs on Google Calendar, which has its own privacy policy. Your language choice on this site is kept in a cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so the next page opens in the same language. Some articles embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. Nothing is loaded from them until you press play; once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
