WhatsApp booking agent

WhatsApp as the front end to the systems you already run: free slots and bookings from your calendar, confirmations by e-mail, contacts in your CRM. You can take over any chat at any moment.

This is the next step after the WhatsApp front desk: WhatsApp connected to the systems you already run, so a customer can get an answer that needs them. Is Thursday at 10 free? Book it. Send me the confirmation.

It's in development. The pieces are being tested on a real WhatsApp number now. This page describes what's being built, and it will say so here when it runs for a business.

How the pieces fit: your number, your phone, the agent and your tools. How the pieces fit: your number, your phone, the agent and your tools.

What it's being built to do

  1. Your tone, your rules. You control how replies sound and what the agent may and may not say. Telling customers they're talking to an AI, and the guardrails, are fixed in the system, not left to a setting.
  2. Connected to your tools, in this order: calendar (free slots and bookings), e-mail (confirmations), CRM (the contact and the conversation), and an online shop (stock and order status, read-only).
  3. You can take over at any moment. Reply from the WhatsApp app on your phone and the agent steps back from that chat.

How it starts

In draft mode: the agent proposes each reply and you approve it. It answers on its own only once you trust the answers.

How a booking flows

One booking, from the customer's question to the confirmation. One booking, from the customer's question to the confirmation.

How it works

Costs to expect

The API connection has a monthly cost per number, and Meta charges for some messages sent through the API. Both depend on volume and are set out before anything is built.
